Singaporeans like to read books in the public library.The library has audio-visual materials,books,newspapers and magazines.We also can use computer in the library.However, as a foreigner,if you wanted to apply for a library card,you'd have to pay 42 SGD a year.You can enjoy borrowing up to 16 items.
